The SureFire UE-SR07 in tan, part UE-SR07-TN, is a plug-in remote switch for SureFire Scout Light WeaponLights, with an integrated momentary-on pressure pad and a click on/off switch.
On a rifle where the light sits well forward, the tailcap is somewhere your hand is not. A remote pad moves the control to where the support hand already rests, and stops you letting go of the rifle to turn a light on.
The pad carries both functions: press it for momentary light, or use the click switch to leave the light running without holding anything down. SureFire list it as fitting most Scout Light WeaponLights and name one exception, the Micro Scout Light Pro. It is finished in tan to match tan-bodied Scout Lights. SureFire do not publish a cable length for this switch, so we do not quote one.
One thing to check before ordering, because it is the mistake this range invites. A plug-in remote needs a rear cap with a socket for it to plug into, and SureFire's own page for this switch does not state whether such a cap is supplied in the box — they sell the UE Scout Light rear cap as a separate item. If your light does not already carry a socketed cap, budget for one alongside the switch rather than assuming it is included.

What the UE-SR07 fits
It is listed for most SureFire Scout Light WeaponLights, and SureFire exclude only the Micro Scout Light Pro. If you need the socketed rear cap as well, the UE-TN remote-only rear cap in tan and the UEE-TN dual fuel rear cap in tan are the parts that take it. For a plain tailcap with no cable at all, there is the Z68-TN click-type tailcap. The same switch is made in black.
