Xtreme Tactical - Shipping Policy

At Xtreme Tactical, we are committed to delivering your order securely, reliably, and at a fair price. We ship within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders require 10 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) for processing before dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

United Kingdom (Royal Mail):

  • Orders under £300: Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.99 flat rate.
  • Orders over £300: Royal Mail Special Delivery – £9.99 fully insured, tracked, and requiring a signature on delivery. We have to send fully insured as we sell very expensive products.

International shipping is no longer offered. Due to so many issues we cannot ship outside of the UK mainland at the moment.

3. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • All shipping include tracking.
  • Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier operational issues or strikes (Royal Mail)
  • Severe weather or transport disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and product.
  • If your shipment is lost, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
