Shipping policy

At Xtreme Tactical Gun Parts, we are committed to delivering your order securely and reliably. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, via Royal Mail, and delivery is free on all orders.

Order processing

Orders require up to 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) for processing before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping method and cost

Free UK delivery on every order via Royal Mail Tracked.
All orders are fully tracked through to delivery.
Higher-value orders may be sent on a signed-for, insured service at no additional cost, to protect your purchase.

Delivery area

We ship across the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking your order

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your parcel through to delivery.

Delays

While we always aim to dispatch on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, including courier delays or strikes, severe weather or transport disruption, or incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product.
If your parcel appears lost, we will work with Royal Mail to investigate and resolve the matter.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
