Refund policy

At Xtreme Tactical Gun Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your right to cancel, return and obtain a refund, alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

Your right to cancel (30-day cooling-off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer in the UK you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, simply email us at info@xtremetacticalgunparts.co.uk with your order number before the cancellation period ends. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
  • We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How to start a return

Email info@xtremetacticalgunparts.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping

Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if any item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Where this is the case, we will cover reasonable return costs and offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. For damaged deliveries, please email us photographs of the packaging and product to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence that you have returned them). Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to certain items, including gift cards and any goods that are made to order or personalised to your specification. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.
