The rear paddles are ambidextrous and give both momentary and constant-on operation, with a safe-off setting and a user-enabled strobe. On fitment, be careful: Streamlight's part-number sheet lists 69404 as the 1913OS version of the TLR-7 X sub, so match your pistol's rail to that interface before ordering rather than assuming a host by name. A subcompact light lives close to the muzzle and close to the hand, so the paddle position matters more than it does on a full-size frame.
