The Streamlight TLR-7 X sub in part number 69400 is a subcompact rail light machined specifically for the Glock 43X MOS, 48 MOS, 43X Rail and 48 Rail.
Slim-frame pistols have a shorter, narrower rail than a full-size gun, so a light for them has to be cut for that rail rather than clamped onto it and hoped for.
On the CR123A lithium cell supplied it gives 550 lumens and 5,000 candela for a 141 metre beam, running 1.5 hours; on Streamlight's SL-B9 USB-C rechargeable pack, bought separately for this part number, it rises to 725 lumens and 7,700 candela for 176 metres over one hour. Switching is by ambidextrous rear paddles set up for high and low, giving momentary and constant-on from either hand, with a safe-off setting and a strobe the user can enable or leave disabled.
