The Streamlight TLR-7 X sub is a subcompact pistol weapon light cut specifically for the SIG SAUER P365 and P365 XL closed rail systems, part number 69401.
It is a dedicated fitment rather than a universal clamp, which is how a light this small sits square on a slim frame without a spacer or a shim.
The body is machined anodised aluminium, 2.51 in (6.38 cm) long, weighing 2.39 oz with a CR123A or 2.64 oz with an SL-B9 pack, and rated IPX7 for a metre of immersion over 30 minutes. Ambidextrous high and low rear paddles give momentary and constant-on operation with a safe-off setting and a user-enabled strobe.
On the CR123A lithium cell in the box it makes 550 lumens and 5,000 candela for a 141 metre beam over 1.5 hours. Fit Streamlight’s SL-B9 USB-C rechargeable pack, bought separately for this part number, and that rises to 725 lumens and 7,700 candela for 176 metres, at 1 hour of runtime. Streamlight is explicit that this fitment does not cover the P365-XMACRO, which takes the 1913 short-rail version instead.

It is made for the closed rail on the SIG SAUER P365 and P365 XL. Other frames have their own versions: the TLR-7 X sub for the Glock 43X/48, the Hellcat version, and the 1913 short-rail version, which is the one that covers the P365-XMACRO.
