The SIG Sauer SOTM11200 is the Coyote Tan version of the TANGO-MSR 1-10x28, a low power variable optic whose illuminated MSR BDC10 reticle sits in the second focal plane, supplied with the ALPHA-MSR cantilever mount.
Ten times magnification from a true 1x, on a 34 mm tube, with the mount already in the box. This is the model with the most reach in the TANGO-MSR family.
A 34 mm tube and a 28 mm objective are what make the top of that range usable: more internal adjustment and more light gathered than the 30 mm scopes lower down the family. Windage and elevation are MOA under capped turrets, and reticle illumination runs from a CR2032 cell. The finish is Coyote Tan rather than black, and the ALPHA-MSR cantilever mount is included, which saves choosing rings and setting eye relief from scratch.
A true 1x bottom end means both eyes stay open for a close target, and 10x at the top is enough magnification to identify and hold on something at distance, which is the case for an LPVO over a fixed red dot. The reticle sits in the second focal plane, so its BDC subtensions hold true at one magnification rather than throughout the range, and the illuminated centre does the work at 1x. Weigh that against a first focal plane scope if holdovers at every power matter to you.
