The SIG Sauer ROMEO-X Pro, SORX1000, is a 1x24 open-reflex pistol sight built on the DeltaPoint Pro footprint with a red circle-dot reticle.
DeltaPoint Pro is one of the most widely cut patterns on full-size and compact slides, which is the practical argument for this sight before a single specification is read.
The housing is CNC machined 7075 aluminium at 1.15 oz, rated to 10 m of water immersion, with an aspherical lens chosen to keep the window free of distortion. Power comes from a CR1632 cell with a 20,000-hour runtime, and MOTAC plus MAGNETAC handle waking the sight and putting it back to sleep.
There are 15 brightness settings, twelve for daylight and three for night vision, over 80 MOA of elevation and windage travel. It suits an optics-ready pistol already cut for DeltaPoint Pro, or one fitted with a DPP adapter plate — and that is also the limitation, because a DPP cut is not an RMR cut or an RMSc cut, so confirm the slide before ordering. SIG state the reticle as a circle-dot without publishing its MOA values, so we quote no figures for it.
