The BCM QD Sling Swivel 1" D-Ring is a push-button quick-detach sling swivel for AR-15 and M4 rifles, with a 1 in (25 mm) D-ring loop and a contoured body shaped for one-handed operation.
A D-ring instead of a flat loop, so a 1 inch sling sits square and stays square — and a body you can release without looking at it.
A sling loop that is wider than the webbing running through it lets the sling roll and shift under load. The D-ring on this swivel is sized to 1 in (25 mm) webbing, which is the width most modern two-point rifle slings use, so the sling seats squarely and stays where it is put rather than migrating around the loop as the rifle moves.
The body is contoured rather than square-shouldered, which is what makes the swivel workable with one hand: you can find the button, press it and pull the swivel clear without breaking your grip on the rifle to look at what you are doing. Construction is carbon steel with a manganese phosphate finish, tumble deburred and sand blasted before plating.

Fits any standard push-button QD sling socket, including the sockets built into most current stocks and M-LOK handguards, the BCM QD End Plate, the MCMR QD Sling Mount and the Picatinny Rail QD Sling Mount. It suits AR-15/M4 rifles including UK straight-pull AR-15 builds. The D-ring is sized for 1 in (25 mm) webbing — if your sling is wider than that, the heavy duty swivel takes webbing up to 1-1/4 in (32 mm) instead. No sling is included.
