The BCM MCMR-SM is a low-profile quick-detach sling mount for AR-15 and M4 rifles, attaching directly to any M-LOK handguard.
A steel sling point that sits almost flush against the handguard — nothing to catch, nothing to rotate, nothing to work loose.
A forward sling point is the difference between a rifle that hangs correctly and one that swings into everything. The MCMR-SM gives you one without adding a lump to the handguard: it is machined entirely from steel, sits low against the rail, and locks into the M-LOK slots through an eight-position non-rotational interface. That interface is the important part. A sling mount that can rotate under load will eventually rotate under load, and this one cannot.
The eight positions let you index the socket where you want it around the handguard, so the sling leaves the rifle at an angle that suits how you carry it rather than wherever the part happened to bolt up. It accepts any standard push-button QD sling swivel, which is sold separately.

What the BCM MCMR-SM fits
Fits any M-LOK handguard or forend, on AR-15/M4 rifles including UK straight-pull AR-15 builds, where a properly placed forward sling point does the same job it does on any rifle. This is the M-LOK version, so it will not attach to a KeyMod handguard or to a Picatinny rail — for a 1913 rail use the BCM Picatinny Rail QD Sling Mount instead. A push-button QD swivel is required to attach a sling and is sold separately.
