The BCM RSM-1913 is a quick-detach sling mount for AR-15 and M4 rifles, clamping to any MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail.
Seven-sixteenths of an inch tall, machined from steel, and locked in eight positions — a rail sling point that stays exactly where you put it.
Clamp-on rail accessories have a reputation for creeping, and a sling mount is the worst place for that to happen because it carries the entire weight of the rifle every time the rifle hangs. Bravo Company USA's answer is a non-rotational locking interface with eight indexed positions, engaging two lugs and a single 1913 slot. Once torqued, the socket cannot rotate around the rail and the mount cannot walk along it.
The body is machined entirely from steel and stands just 7/16 in (11 mm) proud of the rail, so it adds a sling point without adding a handful. A hex wrench is supplied for fitting.

What the BCM RSM-1913 fits
Fits any MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail with a free slot — a quad rail, a rail ladder on a free-float tube, or a Picatinny section added to an M-LOK handguard — on AR-15/M4 rifles including UK straight-pull AR-15 builds. It needs two lugs and one slot to seat correctly, so leave that much rail clear where you intend to mount it. If your handguard is M-LOK and you would rather not add a rail section first, the BCM MCMR QD Sling Mount attaches directly to M-LOK instead. A push-button QD swivel is required and is sold separately.
