The Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X sub, part 69503, is a subcompact rail-mounted pistol light cut specifically for the Glock 43X MOS, 48 MOS, 43X Rail and 48 Rail.
This is full-size output on a slim pistol. Streamlight rates it at 1000 lumens and 13,000 candela for a 228 metre beam on the rechargeable pack that comes with it.
It is multi-fuel. On the supplied SL-B9 USB-C rechargeable pack it runs 30 minutes at that 1000 lumen default, or an hour if you programme it down to 550 lumens, 7,300 candela and 171 metres; on a CR123A lithium cell it gives 550 lumens and 7,300 candela for 1.5 hours. The body is anodised machined aluminium, 2.51 in (6.38 cm) long, 2.49 oz with the SL-B9 pack or 2.39 oz on a CR123A, and rated IPX7 for one metre of immersion for 30 minutes.
Ambidextrous high and low rear paddles give momentary and constant-on operation, with a safe-off setting and a user-enabled strobe, and the rail-grip clamp tightens without putting a hand in front of the muzzle. Read the headline figure honestly: 1000 lumens applies to the SL-B9 pack in its default high setting only, and that is a 30 minute runtime. Streamlight does not supply a USB-C charging cord with this part number.

What the TLR-7 HL-X sub fits
It is a dedicated fitment rather than a universal clamp, so it belongs on a Glock 43X or 48 with the sub rail. On a full-size pistol the TLR-7 HL-X USB is the equivalent, the same light in FDE is the TLR-7 HL-X USB FDE, and other sub-rail pistols are served by the TLR-7 X sub for the P365.
