The SIG Sauer JULIET3 Micro, part number SOJ3M001, is a compact 3x magnifier in black, supplied on a push-button flip-to-side quick-detach mount.
Micro is the point of it: an overall length of 81 mm keeps the magnifier from eating the rail behind a red dot, which matters on short uppers where a full-size body simply will not fit.
SIG gives 3x magnification over a 22 mm objective with a 6.8 degree field of view, a 5.7 mm exit pupil and a dioptre adjustable through ±2. The mount swings the magnifier 90 degrees clear at the press of a button, and a spacer sets it to absolute or lower 1/3 co-witness to match the sight in front. It weighs 9.9 oz, and it is fogproof, shockproof and rated IPX7 for water immersion.
Behind a red dot, 3x turns a fast close-range sight into something you can identify with at distance, and the flip mount means you lose nothing at 1x. Two things to note: a magnifier has no reticle of its own, so it can only ever sharpen what the sight ahead of it projects, and the magnified view enlarges the dot as well, which makes a coarse reticle look coarser.
