The Holosun HS507C X2 ACSS, part HS507C-X2-ACSS, is a 1x open reflex pistol sight on the Holosun 507C and Trijicon RMR footprint, carrying the Primary Arms ACSS Vulcan reticle behind a 0.91 x 0.63 in window.
A round dot makes you choose between coarse and fine. The Vulcan does not: the circle drags your eye to the middle at speed, and the tip of the 10 MOA chevron gives you a finer point to hold with when the target is further out.
Underneath the reticle this is standard 507C X2 hardware. The housing is 7075-T6 aluminium in a hard anodised black finish, 1.78 x 1.15 x 1.15 in and 1.5 oz (43 g), rated IP67 for water and dust and tested to 5000G. A CR1632 loads from a side tray, backed by Solar Failsafe and Shake Awake for a rated 50,000 hours, and windage and elevation move in 1 MOA per click across 50 MOA either way. Twelve brightness levels split ten daylight and two for night vision.
The reticle is fixed. There is no switching to a plain dot on this version, which is the point of buying it — you get one picture and you learn it. If you would rather choose between a dot, a circle and both, the standard HS507C X2 with the Multi-Reticle System is the one to have instead. As an open reflex the emitter channel is exposed, so it wants an occasional wipe in rain or dust, and it fits any slide or mount cut for the RMR pattern.

What the HS507C X2 ACSS fits
Any RMR-cut slide takes it, as does an optics-ready pistol supplied with an RMR-pattern plate, and on a carbine it suits any RMR-footprint mount. If you want the switchable reticle instead, that is the HS507C X2 MRS, and the newer generation is the HS507C X3. The same ACSS Vulcan reticle on a narrower slimline footprint is the HS507K X2 ACSS.
