A CR1632 gives up to 50,000 hours at setting 6, supplemented by Solar Failsafe and rested by Shake Awake, with Lock Mode to stop the buttons being nudged. Illumination is 8 daylight settings and 4 night-vision settings. Clicks are 1 MOA with 30 MOA of travel in each direction, and the housing is rated IPX8 and tested to 5000G. An RMR-to-509T adapter plate is in the box.
The Multi-Reticle System switches between a 2 MOA gold dot on its own, a 32 MOA circle on its own, and both together, so the same sight can be set up for precision or for speed. Gold separates from red-painted steel, orange targets and autumn woodland where a red dot can disappear. The footprint is the thing to check: the native cut is 509T, not RMR and not RMSc, and the supplied plate is what bridges it to RMR-pattern slides and mounts.
