Holosun's specification table gives the Multi-Reticle System here as a 3 MOA dot and a 32 MOA circle, selectable individually or together as a circle-dot: the circle for speed at close range, the dot on its own when the shot is worth aiming at. The direct RMSc footprint is the useful part on a slim slide, because it bolts straight down with no adapter plate stacking height under it. It is not an RMR-pattern optic, so an RMR-cut slide needs a different sight or a plate.
