The EOTech VDU3-9PKG1TAN is a two-optic package: the second focal plane Vudu 3-9x32 in tan with the MR5 MRAD reticle, supplied with an EFLX 3 MOA red dot on an offset mount.
Magnification is wonderful right up to the moment something appears at fifteen yards. The offset dot is the answer to that: roll the rifle, take the close shot on the EFLX, roll back and the scope has not been touched.
The scope carries the MR5 reticle in the second focal plane, which is the only reticle EOTech build into the tan version of this optic, and it is made in Japan. EOTech list it at 6.8in (172.7 mm) and 16 oz (454 g). The EFLX supplied alongside it is the 3 MOA model, powered by a CR2032 cell.
Second focal plane means the reticle stays the same visual size as you wind the magnification up and down, so the MR5 subtensions are true at one stated magnification rather than at all of them. Worth noting too: EOTech do not publish a tube diameter or a click value for this scope on their own product page, so we quote neither figure and recommend confirming ring size against the scope you receive before buying separate rings.

This is a package rather than a fitment, so what it needs is a flat-top rail with enough length for both the scope rings and the offset dot ahead or behind them. The same package in black is the Vudu 3-9x32 MR5 with EFLX, and if you already own a dot the scope alone is the Vudu 3-9x32 MR5 in tan. Shooters who think in MOA should take the MD6 package instead.
