The SR3 is the MOA reticle in the Vudu 1-6x24 range, laid out with ballistic drop references rather than a plain crosshair — so holdover is read off the glass instead of counted on the turret.
EOTech places the reticle in the first focal plane, which is what keeps those drop references honest: they grow and shrink with the image, so a mark that is correct at 6x is still correct at 3x.
