The EOTech G43 3x Magnifier in Tan, No Mount is the Tan-finished G43 supplied as the optic on its own, with nothing to mount it in the box.
Choose this version only when the mounting question is already answered — an STS base you own, a third-party flip-to-side, or an offset mount you have picked yourself.
It is a fixed 3x magnifier measuring roughly 3.1 × 2.3 × 3.3 in, with tool-free vertical and horizontal adjustment for centring the dot in the view and a 7.5 degree field of view. Eye relief is about 2.5 in (63.5 mm). The body is waterproof to 33 ft (10 m), assembled in the USA, and finished in Tan to sit alongside Tan optics and furniture.
A magnifier carries no reticle of its own; it simply enlarges what the sight in front of it is projecting, so a 1 MOA dot stays 1 MOA in angular terms and only looks bigger. The short body is the practical case for a G43 over a longer 3x, because there is less to fit behind the sight on a crowded rail. One caveat worth stating: EOTech publishes a single weight for the G43 and no separate figure for the magnifier without a mount, so no weight is quoted here.

What the G43 fits
