The SureFire XC3 Sub, part number XC3-SUB-A, is a subcompact white-light weapon light supplied with an SFRCR123 rechargeable lithium cell and an M1913 rail clamp with a subcompact adapter set.
Subcompact rails are all slightly different, and that is usually where the search ends. SureFire ship the adapters in the box instead, so one light covers the four common patterns rather than one.
On the supplied SFRCR123 it produces 1,000 lumens and 13,000 candela for a 228-metre beam, running 45 minutes. Fit an SF123A primary cell instead, which is not included, and it drops to 550 lumens and 7,200 candela for 170 metres over 1.75 hours. The body is aerospace aluminium finished to Mil-Spec Hard Anodized MIL-A-8625 Type III Class 2 in black, 2.6 in (6.6 cm) long with a 0.945 in (2.4 cm) bezel, weighing 2.65 oz (75 g) with the battery, and rated IPX7.
Ambidextrous push switches give momentary and constant-on from either side. The adapter system covers the Glock 43X and 48 with Rail Set A and Adapter 1, the Springfield Hellcat with Rail Set B and Adapter 2, the H&K CC9 with Rail Set B and Adapter 3, and the SIG P365 with Rail Set C and Adapter 4, and it fits most railed subcompact handguns. There is no aiming laser here; this is white light only.
