The SIG Sauer ROMEO8T-AMR is a 1x rifle red dot sight with a 40 mm objective and the Quad Ballistic Circle Dot 2.0 reticle in red, part number SOR8T101.
Forty millimetres of objective is a great deal of window for a red dot, and it is the reason this sight feels closer to looking through a frame than down a tube.
It weighs 9.5 oz, mounts to an M1913 rail with the hardware supplied, and runs from a single CR123 cell rated at up to 50,000 hours with MOTAC motion activation waking the reticle on movement. The housing is sealed to IPX-8 and tested to MIL-STD-810.
