The MOE pistol grip, upgraded where your hand meets it — soft rubber overmould and sealed onboard storage.

The Magpul MOE+ Grip (MAG416) takes the best-selling MOE platform and wraps the contact surfaces in a proprietary rubber overmould. The difference is immediate: the grip damps vibration, stays planted with sweaty or gloved hands, and remains comfortable long after hard-textured polymer starts to bite. Underneath, the same reinforced polymer skeleton keeps the structure rigid and the trigger reach consistent.

Unlike the standard MOE, the MOE+ ships with a sealed storage core built in — a water-resistant compartment inside the grip for batteries, spare parts or a bore snake weight. It is the grip for shooters who log serious round counts and want every touchpoint of the rifle working for them.

Will the MOE+ fit my rifle?

It is a drop-in replacement for a standard AR15/M4 pistol grip, so it uses the usual grip screw and the receiver's grip tang. No modification to the lower is involved. If your rifle uses a non-standard grip interface, check that before ordering.

What does the rubber overmould actually give me?

The MAG416 wraps the polymer body in a rubber overmould, so it stays grippy with wet or gloved hands and takes some of the sharpness out of the texture. That is the main practical difference from the plain polymer MOE grip. It suits shooters who find hard polymer slippery in British weather.

Is there storage in the grip?

Yes, it has a sealed storage core, so small spares or batteries can live in the grip and stay out of the weather. The core is part of the grip rather than something you buy separately. If you would rather have a lighter grip with an optional core instead, the standard MOE Grip is the sibling to compare.

Which colour, and do I need anything to fit it?
