A near-vertical pistol grip with a rubber soul — the MOE-K2+ is the modern carbine grip perfected.

The Magpul MOE-K2+ (MAG532) combines the steep K2 grip angle with full rubber overmould on every contact surface. The geometry is built for how carbines are actually run today — stock short, body squared, elbows down — putting the wrist in a strong neutral position and the trigger finger naturally on the pad. The overmould then locks that grip in place: tacky, vibration-damping and immune to sweat, rain and gloves.

Does the MOE-K2+ fit any AR15 lower?

Yes, it is a drop-in replacement for a standard AR15/M4 pistol grip and uses the usual grip screw through the bottom of the receiver. No modification to the lower is needed. If you are working with a non-standard or proprietary lower, check the grip mounting boss matches the AR pattern before ordering.

What is different about the K2+ grip angle?

The K2 shape uses a near-vertical angle rather than the traditional swept AR grip angle, which suits a more squared-up shooting stance and a higher trigger-finger position. It tends to feel more natural on a short, handy carbine where you are holding the rifle up rather than settled into a bench position. If you prefer the traditional rake, a standard MOE grip will feel more familiar.

What does the plus in MOE-K2+ refer to?

The plus denotes the rubber overmould over the polymer core, which gives a softer, higher-friction surface than the bare polymer version. That helps with wet hands or gloves and takes some of the sting out of shooting sessions. The trade-off is a slightly tackier feel that some shooters find grabs on clothing when slinging the rifle.
