The Holosun ARO EVO SPR is an enclosed-emitter 1x rifle sight projecting a gold Special Purpose Reticle behind a 1.02 in (26 mm) window.
Most non-magnified sights give you one aiming point and nothing else; this one adds holdovers, a circle and a ranging feature, so a 1x optic keeps working past the distance where a plain dot runs out of information.
The reticle is a 1.5 MOA gold centre dot inside a 65 MOA circle, with three 1 MOA holdover dots beneath it and a ranging element calibrated around M193 5.56 at 3050 FPS. The housing is 6061 aluminium, hard anodised, rated IPX8 and tested to 1000G, with the body weighing 4.3 oz. Both a 1.63 in mount and a 1.05 in mount come in the box.
Power comes from a CR2032 rated up to 50,000 hours, supported by Solar Failsafe and Shake Awake, with eight daylight brightness settings and four night-vision levels, auto-brightness, a lockout mode and 0.5 MOA clicks over 50 MOA of adjustment either side of centre. Read the calibration honestly: those holdovers and ranging marks are drawn for one load, so with a different calibre or bullet weight they become approximate reference marks rather than firing solutions.

What the ARO EVO SPR fits
The two supplied mounts cover a Picatinny rail at co-witness height or low, which puts it on AR-pattern carbines, straight-pull rifles and railed shotguns without buying anything else.
