The Holosun 509PLT-CZP10 is a genuine Holosun adapter plate that brings the 509 mounting footprint to a CZ P-10 optics-ready slide.
A factory optic cut and an optic footprint are two different things. This plate is what turns one into the other, without a gunsmith and without milling anything.
It is CNC-machined from aluminium and hard-anodised, sitting between the slide's own cut and the optic above it. Holosun list the plate as carrying the 509 footprint, which covers the 509 series and the AEMS-MACRO, so a single part number serves both families rather than one plate each.
The point of a plate is that it moves with the pistol rather than the optic: change host and you change the plate, keeping the sight you have already learned. What it does not do is convert footprints in the other direction. An RMR-pattern optic such as a 507C, or an RMSc-pattern optic such as a 507K, will not bolt to this plate, and Holosun do not state whether mounting screws are included, so budget for the fasteners your build needs.
