The EOTech EFLX CE is a 1x pistol dot sight with a fully enclosed emitter, offering a selectable reticle of a 3 MOA dot, a 42 MOA circle, or the circle and dot together.
Sealing the emitter behind glass is the point of the CE. Nothing can settle in front of the LED, so the reticle does not dim or disappear because of lint in a holster or rain on a range day.
The housing measures 1.6 x 1.2 x 1.1 in (40.5 x 25.4 x 27.9 mm) and weighs 1.46 oz (41.4 g) in black, and it is cut for the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro and Shield RMSc mounting patterns. A single CR2032 cell drives it for roughly 25,000 hours on the single-dot setting, and EOTech states 1 MOA per click of adjustment. It is assembled in the USA.
Nine brightness levels are split into six daylight settings, one ultra-bright step for glare, and two that work under night vision. Choosing between the three reticles is the useful part in practice: the bare 3 MOA dot for deliberate shooting, the 42 MOA circle when speed matters more than precision, and the combination when you want both references at once.
