The EOTech EFLX 3 MOA, part EFLX3RWBLK, is a 1x open-emitter mini reflex sight with a 3 MOA red dot, built on the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprint in a black 6061 aluminium housing.
The battery tray loads from the top. That one decision means a flat cell never costs you a zero, because the sight never has to come off the slide to be fed.
The housing is 6061 aluminium, 1.9 x 1.2 x 1.0in (47 x 30.5 x 25.4 mm) and 1.4 oz (35 g) with the cell in place, assembled in the USA. Illumination is LED with eight daylight settings and one night-vision setting, chosen manually on the up and down buttons, and a single CR2032 runs it for roughly 25,000 hours at level 5. Windage and elevation move 1 MOA per click.
Of the two EFLX reticles, 3 MOA is the finer one, covering about 3.1in (80 mm) at 100 yards, so it suits deliberate shooting more than a bold dot does. Two limits, stated plainly: this is an open emitter, so there is a channel that debris can sit in, and EOTech do not publish an eye relief figure or an auto shut-off interval for the EFLX, so we quote neither.
