What does this foregrip mount to?

It clamps to any 1913 Picatinny rail section, so it will fit a quad rail or a rail ladder added to a free-float handguard. What sets the Daniel Defense grip apart?

The main thing you notice is the aggressive grip surface, which gives a very positive hold even in the wet or with gloves. It is a straightforward vertical design rather than a storage or hand-stop hybrid, so it does one job and stays out of the way. Like the rest of the brand's furniture it is made in the USA.

How do I position it on the rail?

Fit it where your support hand naturally falls when the rifle is mounted, rather than as far forward as the rail allows. Clamp it to the rail and tighten the fastener firmly with a normal hand tool, then check it again after your first session as clamps can settle. If you shoot from a barricade or bag, leaving a little rail clear ahead of the grip gives you more options.

What colour is it and what else do I need?

It is supplied in black only. Nothing else is required if your handguard already has Picatinny rail; M-LOK users should add a rail section. The rest of the brand's parts are grouped under Daniel Defense.
