The Daniel Defense MFR Rail QD Sling Mount is a steel M-LOK sling mount for Daniel Defense MFR and Omega rails — and the push-button QD sling swivel is not included.
Read the part number twice: this one is the mount on its own. If you want the swivel in the box, it is a different Daniel Defense part.
Two Daniel Defense sling mounts look almost identical in a photograph and differ in one commercially important way. This part, 03-021-15136, is the mount by itself — you supply the push-button QD swivel, or move one across from another rifle. The Rail Mount QD Swivel Attachment Point, 03-021-30029, comes with a Heavy Duty Push Button QD Sling Swivel already in the box, and clamps to Picatinny rather than M-LOK. If you have no swivel, buy that one.
What this mount does well is disappear. It is made entirely from steel with a heavy manganese phosphate coating, weighs 0.3 oz (9 g), and has a limited-rotation interface so the sling point cannot spin under load. Mounting positions are provided at the front and rear on both sides of the rail, which gives four sensible places to hang a sling and keeps the attachment tangle-free. A 1/8" Allen wrench is included, and it is made in the USA.

Daniel Defense lists this mount as compatible with the Daniel Defense MFR Rail, the Omega Rail and the DELTA 5 stock, and not compatible with the MFR XL Rail, DD5 rails, or other manufacturers' M-LOK systems — so treat it as a Daniel Defense rail part rather than a universal M-LOK accessory, and check your handguard before ordering. Mounting points are at the front and rear on both sides. A push-button QD sling swivel is required to attach a sling and is not supplied; if you would rather buy the version that includes one, take the Daniel Defense Rail Mount QD Swivel Attachment Point instead, which mounts to Picatinny and ships with the swivel.
