Will this Mil-Spec Duty trigger fit my lower?

It drops into AR-15/M4 pattern lower receivers that take mil-spec trigger pins, reusing your existing pins. Note that mil-spec here refers to the pull weight calibration as well as the pin fitment, so check your receiver's pin size separately before ordering. Large-pin lowers need a different trigger.

What does the Mil-Spec weight version give me?

This variant is calibrated to a Mil-Spec pull weight rather than the standard Duty setting, so it keeps a service-standard feel while giving you a cleaner break than a stock fire control group. It is the choice if your club, discipline or service-rifle setup expects a heavier trigger. If you need the exact figure for a rulebook, ask us before ordering.

How is it different from the standard Duty single-stage?

Mechanically it is the same single-stage Duty trigger with a curved black shoe; the difference is the weight it is calibrated to. If you are not tied to a service weight, the standard Duty single-stage with the curved shoe is the same package at the regular calibration. Both are drop-in and use your existing pins.

Is there a flat-shoe version of the Mil-Spec Duty?

This Mil-Spec variant is supplied with the curved shoe in black. The flat-shoe Duty triggers are offered at the standard calibration rather than the Mil-Spec weight, so you may have to choose between shoe shape and weight. Tell us which matters more and we will point you at the closest match.
