Which receivers does the Competitive Pro fit?

It is a drop-in unit for AR-15 and M4 pattern lowers with mil-spec trigger pins. Check the pin size on your receiver before ordering, as large-pin lowers are not compatible. Fitting needs nothing more than a punch and hammer for the two pins.

What does the Pro Curved shoe give me?

It is TriggerTech's curved trigger face, which most AR shooters find immediately familiar coming from a mil-spec trigger. The curve tends to seat the finger consistently without conscious effort, which suits shooting at speed. Underneath it is the same fixed 3 lb single-stage mechanism as the flat-shoe Competitive.

Is 3 lb fixed a sensible competition weight?

It is a well-established one: clean and quick without being so light that recoil recovery or a gloved hand becomes a problem. Because it is fixed, the pull is the same every time and there is nothing to drift out of adjustment. If you want to tune the weight yourself, look at the Adaptable or Diamond tiers instead.

How does this differ from the flat stainless version?

Only the shoe. The flat stainless Competitive uses a straight bow for a fixed contact point, while this one is curved. Both carry the same stainless finish and 3 lb weight, so the decision is purely about how your finger prefers to sit — you can compare them in AR-15 triggers.
