Will this two-stage unit fit my lower?

What is the advantage of the two-stage version over the single-stage Adaptable?

A two-stage trigger gives you a deliberate first stage to take up while you settle on target, then a defined wall and a short second stage to fire. That extra stage is a safety margin of sorts when you are shooting at distance and want to be certain before the shot breaks. The single-stage Adaptable is the quicker, simpler option if you prefer one continuous press.

How adjustable is it?
