The Streamlight TLR RM 2 Laser-G in the 69453 system package is a low-profile two-cell rail light with an integrated green aiming laser, supplied with its remote pressure switch and retaining clips.
Green is the colour the human eye picks up most readily, which is why a green aiming laser stays visible in daylight at distances where a red one has already faded into the background.
The light produces 1000 lumens and 22,000 candela for a 297 metre beam, running 1.5 hours on two CR123A lithium cells that are included in the box; the laser alone runs 11 hours and the strobe 3 hours. The laser is rated Class 3R at 510-530 nm with an output below 5 mW. The unit is 4.97 in long, weighs 5.11 oz (144.7 g) with batteries fitted, and is rated IPX4.
Modes cover LED only, laser only, or both together, and the push-button tail switch and the remote pad work independently — if one is knocked or damaged, the other still runs the light. The remote exits at 90 degrees, which keeps the cable tight to the handguard rather than looping into the support hand. It mounts directly to a Picatinny rail using the key kit supplied.
