The Streamlight TLR RM 1 System, part 69440, is a low-profile single-cell rail-mounted light producing 500 lumens and 11,000 candela for a 210 metre beam, supplied with its remote pressure switch.
System is the word that matters in the part number: the remote pad, its 90 degree cable exit and the retaining clips are all in the box, so the light arrives ready to set up on a handguard rather than needing a switch ordered separately.
One CR123A lithium cell runs it for 1.5 hours of light, or three hours in strobe. The push-button tail switch and the remote pad work independently, so if one is knocked out of action the other still operates the light. What the TLR RM 1 fits
