The Streamlight TLR RM 1 Laser-G is a compact single-cell long gun light with an integrated green aiming laser, supplied here in the Light Only package.
Green is the laser colour the eye picks out fastest in daylight, and this is the low-profile way to get one onto a rail without a separate laser unit.
Streamlight rates it at 500 lumens, 11,000 candela and 210 metres of beam, running 1.5 hours on the CR123A lithium cell supplied. The laser is a Class 3R green emitter at 510-530 nm with an output below 5 mW, and it runs on its own for 11 hours; the strobe runs for 3 hours. The body measures 3.64 in, weighs 3.24 oz (91.9 g) with the battery in it and is rated IPX4, and it clamps directly to MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny using the key kit in the box.
Modes cover LED alone, laser alone or both together, plus the strobe. Light Only means what it says: the light is worked from the push-button tail switch, and the remote pressure switch is not in this box, though the light is compatible with Streamlight's optional TLR remote switches if you add one later.
