The Streamlight TLR-8 X sub 69419 is a subcompact pistol light and red aiming laser cut specifically for the 1913OS offset rail pattern.
Subcompact rails are not one standard but several near-identical ones, and a light for the wrong pattern simply will not clamp. This part number exists for the offset version, which is the detail worth checking before anything else.
It produces 500 lumens with 5,000 candela for 141 metres of beam, alongside a red laser at 640-660 nm, Class 3R, under 5 mW. Power is multi-fuel: one CR123A lithium cell comes in the box and the light also accepts Streamlight's SL-B9 USB-C rechargeable pack. The body measures 2.51in and weighs 2.77 to 2.87 oz depending on the cell fitted, and the mounting kit with keys and multi-tool is supplied.
Runtimes follow the power source: 1.5 hours of white light on a CR123A or 1 hour on the SL-B9, with the laser alone lasting up to 60 hours on a primary cell and 36 on the rechargeable. Ambidextrous high and low rear paddles give momentary and constant-on with a safe-off position and a user-enabled strobe, and light, laser or both can be selected independently.

What the TLR-8 X sub fits
Check the rail before ordering: this is the 1913OS offset pattern, while the standard MIL-STD-1913 short rail takes the TLR-8 X sub for the 1913 rail and Glock slim pistols take the Glock 43X/48 version. If a daylight-visible green laser suits you better, the TLR-8 X G sub for 1913OS rails is the same light with the green emitter.
