The Streamlight TLR-6 69270 is a combined white light and red aiming laser that clamps around the trigger guard of a Glock 42 or 43, so no accessory rail is needed.
This is the answer for a pistol that has nowhere to hang a light. The unit wraps the trigger guard instead of bolting to a rail that is not there.
It weighs 1.12 oz (31.8 g) with its two CR 1/3N lithium cells fitted and measures 2.5 in (6.35 cm), in an impact-resistant polymer body rated IPX4. The white LED gives 100 lumens and 2,000 candela for an 89 metre beam, and the red laser runs at 640-660 nm, Class 3R, at under 5 mW.
