The Streamlight TLR-3X part 59102 is a compact pistol light cut for 1913 Slim rails, producing 500 lumens and 6,500 candela for a 161 metre beam.
Two and a bit ounces on the frame, and it still throws a beam past 150 metres. That is the whole case for a small light on a slim pistol.
It is 2.75 in long and 2.15 oz with the CR123A lithium cell supplied, rated IPX7 to one metre for thirty minutes, and worked by ambidextrous paddles. It is multi-fuel: run the CR123A primary cell for 1.5 hours, or fit Streamlight's SL-B9 USB-C rechargeable pack for an hour and recharge it rather than replacing cells.
This part number exists because rail widths differ. The 1913 Slim rail is the narrower pattern found on slim-frame pistols, and a light cut for it will not sit correctly on a full-width 1913 rail — that is the 59100 instead. Measure or check the model before ordering, because this is the one detail that catches people out.
