What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. 14 day return if you are not happy. Things must be unopened and in original packaging, unless it is faulty.
Are any purchases final sale?

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information and tracking. Delivery times are 7-10 working days (unless in UK Stock Collection). We do not stock these products due to limited demand in the UK. All products come to us from our USA suppliers.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both in USA and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship all products/orders over £150 via Royal Mail Special Delivery (as this is fully insured) which costs £8.75. We charge a flat rate regardless of the weight of the product. Orders below £150 we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48. Cost is £4.99 and £5.99. You can choose at checkout.
