The Magpul Breach Glove 2.0 is a flame-resistant tactical glove with D3O knuckle armour and a goat-leather palm, in sizes S–2XL.

A hard-use tactical glove with real hand protection — flame-resistant Nomex, D3O knuckle armour and a leather palm built for the range and the field.

The Magpul Breach Glove 2.0 (MAG1499) is the protective end of Magpul's glove line. The back of the hand combines flame-resistant Nomex with D3O impact armour over the knuckles, which stays flexible until it takes a hit and then hardens to spread the force. A goat-leather palm gives genuine abrasion resistance and grip, while touchscreen-capable fingertips and a low-profile cuff keep it practical for all-day wear.

It is the glove for shooters who want dexterity and feel without giving up impact and burn protection.

What size should I order?

The Breach Glove 2.0 is offered in Small, Medium, Large, X-Large and 2X-Large, in Black and Coyote. Measure around the palm at the knuckles, excluding the thumb, and check Magpul's glove sizing guidance if that measurement puts you between two sizes. Sizing down gives more feel on the trigger, sizing up leaves room if you expect to wear them in cold weather.

What does the D3O knuckle armour actually do?

D3O stays flexible while you are moving your hands, then stiffens the instant it takes an impact and spreads the force across a wider area. That means you get knuckle protection without the glove feeling rigid when you are handling a rifle or working a bolt. The back of the hand also uses flame-resistant Nomex, so it covers heat and flash as well as knocks.

How does it compare with a lighter shooting glove?

The Breach Glove 2.0 sits at the protective end of Magpul's glove line — the D3O knuckle armour, the Nomex back and the goat-leather palm are all there to take punishment rather than to be as thin as possible.
