The Holosun KPLT-MOS9MM is a genuine Holosun adapter plate that fits a K-footprint optic to a Glock MOS optics-ready slide in 9mm.
A factory MOS cut and a small K-series sight do not speak the same language, and this precision-machined plate is the piece of metal that translates between them.
Holosun machines the plate from 7075-T6 aluminium and finishes it hard-anodised, keeping it low-profile so the optic sits as close to the slide as the MOS system allows. It drops into the Glock MOS plate recess in the same way as the factory plates and presents the Holosun K footprint on top.
Holosun states compatibility with its 407K and 507K sights on this plate, and that is the claim we will make for it. It is not the part for an RMR-footprint optic such as a 507C or 407C, and it is not the part for a 509T, which uses its own rear-lug pattern. Check what your slide is cut for before ordering, because a MOS slide and a directly milled slide are not the same job.

What the KPLT-MOS9MM fits
A Glock MOS slide in 9mm on one side, a Holosun K-footprint sight on the other. Other hosts have their own plates: the KPLT-FN509 for the FN 509, the KPLT-CZP10C for the CZ P-10 C, and the KPLT-507C for a slide already cut to the 507C or RMR pattern. If your optic is a 509T rather than a K-series, the 509PLT-MOS9MM is the right plate instead.
