The EOTech EXPS2-0TAN is a 1x holographic weapon sight in tan, with a 68 MOA ring and a 1 MOA red centre dot, mounted on an integrated quick-detach lever.
This is the daylight member of the EXPS family. It keeps the short body, the side buttons and the single throw lever, and drops the night-vision settings the EXPS3 sights carry.
Twenty daylight brightness settings run the reticle from dawn to bright snow, windage and elevation move in 0.5 MOA clicks, and power comes from a single CR123 lithium cell. The lever clamps the sight to a Picatinny rail and releases it again by hand, and the housing is sealed against water to 3 m (10 ft) in a tan finish.
Quick-detach matters to anyone who moves one optic between rifles or wants the sight off for transport, since it returns to roughly the same zero on the same rail slot. Two things to be straight about. There are no night-vision settings on an EXPS2; that is the EXPS3 range.
